  The young manager herself wasn't friendly as well. Didn't try to clarify the whole situation (she only came after I lost my patience talking to the idiot who refused to acknowledge his own mistake and give me correct change. I snapped at him with "what's your problem?"), attempting to sweep the incident under a rug by responding that "he is only 14", "he was just confused" and "it's up to me to talk to him, not you". And when I finally got my order and leaving with resentment, still not a single apology.

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. The fact that I have to wait 15 minutes for my food in an almost empty shop. To have people whom have been served after me get their food before me is beyond ridculous. I ordered 2 things, and people are getting meals before me. Also the fact that most drink options are not available. You'd think being close to the airport that they would have the same stock as other stores, and also be able to get orders out on time without keeping patrons waiting for 15 minutes to both order and receive their food. I don't recommend to anyone to come here. Go to hungry jacks next door if you want good service and food that isn't cold.

  Worst Macca's I've ever been to. Lined up to order, a mother and a young lady were in front of me seemingly not happy with something, the shift manager was helping out the cashier guy with something that he seemed to have stuffed up. All was fine at this point.

  Gross, worst toilets ever.womens closed, men's urinal overflowing with pee over the floor, hand drier not working, bin overflowing with towels, real disgrace. McDonald's this place needs a kick in the arse!

  The whole incident left me with a big question: "How the hell did they train their staffs?". And if you can't count, don't have basic customer service skills and can't own up to your own mistake, perhaps you shouldn't be handling cash and serve customers!

  Been there 3 times now and each time, Self serve screens down, menu screens not working, electric hand dryer doesn’t work, then to top it off, no paper towel. This place is brand new. Staff Great :)

  When my turn came, the dumbest cashier on this planet shortchanged the most basic transaction ($4.95 order, $5.05 cash given and accepted but gave me another piece of 5 cent coin as change). But the worst part was not acknowledging his mistakes. And after shift manager came to aid again sorting things out, this idiot had the audacity of telling me in my face "it's only 5 cents...". What kind of customer service attitude and principle was that? By now I realised what the two women in front of me were not happy about.

  What a performance to buy a large chocolate thick shake. .something is wrong with this one. ..the staff are not polite. .I always feel like I'm interrupting them and the restaurant area is always dirty. .food and rubbish all over the floor and tables..has been a while between visits absolutely nothing has changed. .really needs a visit from McDonald's quality people. or health dept officers .eating area still filthy. .staff still rude. .just not a pleasant place to visit

  Would've given a zero star if possible. Seriously, I would never spend any of my hard earned money there again. Would rather tip at the KFC or the CoffeeClub next door.
