  Reminded that we were an hour late ‘but no problem’. Yes we were late because the flight was delayed . There’s a reason why we put flight details in the form.

  Was advised when picking up the car, that I had to pay an extra $1000 as I lived with 50klms of the airport. I questioned the reason, the guy advised that is due to car theft. Staff could be a little more helpful to find a solution and that is if you become a Blue Chip Member you waiver this fee. I had to find out from the Head Office. It is a shame staff at Brisbane Airport could not tell me this. They were very vague, especially the new girl who I think had no idea of using the computer program to find my details.

  Refundable bond was an immediate charge to my account rather than ‘blocking’ the amount. Refund back to account minimum 5 days.

  No one answers the phone . Workaround was to call the car booking option which was answered within 20 seconds .

  Rented back in March and was disappointed by the flippant manner of employee at Surfers paradise though other employees seemed good. Owen at tge airport for drop offmade the process stress free and I regard the service highly because of his helpful kind management.

  extremely satisfied. staff were helpful in every way and the vehicle was extremely clean. upon return they done a quick check of the vehicle (as per my request) and promptly gave the all clear. the invoice 2 days later was as expected. can't ask for any more than that. thank you!

  No option to pay by Eftpos and your told this after you make the booking. Management (Alex) very unhelpful or not senior enough to provide solutions. No customer focus. Use APEX car hire. Top notch service, quick and customer orientated. Also much cheaper for a superior product. (07) 3868 3355. On principle I will not use Thrifty in future and I will be relaying this experience to my clients and customers in business.
