  Plenty of comfortable seating. Meals and drinks available. Personally I like it much more than the other available lounge.

  Disgusting service from staff, very uneducated, rude and obnoxious. I would not recommend visiting the Virgin Lounge at Brisbane Airport unless you want to be treated with little to no respect.

  Good food and staff are always very helpful. My only complaint is the lack of a good space to conduct business meetings via teleconference. Wifi can be spotty in quiet areas making you have to stay in the busy areas. Also would be great if side lounge entry area was more consistent in its opening times.

  Nice and large lounge since the upgrade but it still gets pretty full at peak times. The coffee bar is great. The service desk staff I find to be fantastic even when stressed. The food selection is getting a little boring after a few years though.

  Not very accommodating. I missed my flight and had to book with another airline as virgin only had a single flight per day to mt isa. Although i still paid for the original flight and had my boarding pass the virgin policy didn't allow me to enter the lounge. Even as a gold member. I am flying back through virgin the next day and this made no difference. Not pleased with this experience.
