  The premium security and direct escalator to the lounge is a nice touch. Be aware that there is only one x-ray lane and you can end up waiting a while in the morning/evening. You can still use the original premium screening lanes and access the lounge through the terminal.

  The new domestic lounge is a great experience, an acceptable size with lots of attentive staff. The coffee is good and the food selection is alot better.

  Beautiful new lounge, some table service, great wine list and freshly made tacos on offer. Comfy and plentiful seating with power points galore.

  Exactly what you would expect of a business class lounge. Plenty of charging areas, WiFi is fast and food and drink is plentiful.

  This is generally quieter than the normal Qantas club area since only Business Class and Platinum FF's get access to this lounge. The food selection at breakfast when we were there was perfect with Bacon, Eggs, Sausage and Baked Beans all available. If only they also included an Omelette bar like the International Business Lounge. Overall the feel of this lounge is modern and clean and reminds me of what the Qantas Club used to be before they became super busy.

  The Qantas lounge invited me for a lounge entry after being upgraded to silver status. It was under renovation so there was only one shower. The seating area is roomy but does get busy so you may not get the seat you want. The food selection (menu items missing) is very limited and bar service non existent. Every spare table had dirty plates and I had to clear them before sitting down. There were no newspapers left to read however some friendly staff tried to find one (don't think they have the AFR here).

  Keep in mind depending on the time of day it can go from hectic and busy to quiet and relaxing.
