  Brisbane Airport. 1 hour 45 mins to get our car with not so much as a sorry for the wait. Obviously business as usual for Budget. Budget in name, Budget in service. Go elsewhere.

  I was disappointed also when collecting the car. The young guy behind the counter gave me the condition report and simply said sign here please. When I asked where the car was so I could inspect it and see for myself he looked at me like I had 2 heads.

  Otherwise, the trucks they rent out are good quality with all the bits you need (lifts and trolleys) make using them easy.

  70mins on hold listening to a recording telling me my "call is important to us". If it was, I would have spoken to someone an hour ago. Change your recording as I am not important to you and therefore, you are not to me. Alternative company, here I come!

  Friendly counter staff however contradicting information was occasionally provided. Also when attending the desk at Brisbane airport I was asked to electronically sign an agreement to conditions which were not displayed until the next screen (after signing).

  The place to go for moving trucks. This location however stores their trucks in a different place to where you make your booking. The cover amount they hold pending safe return of the truck can take over a week to be refunded/cancelled so you may be out of pocket a few hundred dollars.
